At Heys Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
